The hot or cold therapy allows to you use it warm to soothe or cool to refresh your body. To use it warm, simply place it in the microwave to warm. The clay beads are designed to slowly release a gentle, lasting warmth. To use it cool, simply place in the fridge or freezer to cool. The wide shoulder and high collar design provide maximum coverage across your neck, shoulders, and upper back.
