Through its non-stick technology, cleanup is easier and there?s no need to heavily use detergent nor perform heavy scrubbing. The CermiTech material blend permits the safe use of the pan in the oven or on the stovetop unlike a Teflon coated pan. This Non-stick Pan is PTFE, PFOA, and PFOA free which means that our frying pan won’t be chipping away.
