1)How do I place my order?
Order online using Credit Card.
Currently we are not taking phone orders, we will be taking them soon.
2)Is my credit card information Secure?
Since we use google checkout, your credit card information is not with us, its with google and its always safe this way. With google checkout the advantage the buyers get is their credit card information is not shared with the sellers so their information is safe so that no one can misuse the information. So please buy with confidence.
3) When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped in 48 hrs from the time we receive your payment
4) How to track the order?
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hrs from the time you purchase from us.
5) What is the return Policy?
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please email us immediately to email@example.com and we will email you back with the Return Authorization Code. Please mention the return code on your return box. Please send us an email within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Since our products get shipped from different warehouses we will email you the address to ship the product back to us.
Customer must return all the items at there expense under all circumstances unless we made a shipping error. If customer provided us wrong shipping address and item comes back to us, we will refund the purchase price only or items can be reshipped at nominal shipping charge at customers expense.
